a story of passion
Madame MOLLE, a great Vannes figure, inherits the “Casino” located on the Conleau peninsula.
An ambitious woman, she undertook work there to develop a 12-room hotel and a restaurant specializing in seafood. This is how she created an emblematic place that she named "Le Roof".
She sold the establishment to Mr. RABOUIN. The Roof closed until July 1989 to receive major transformations which made it a high-end establishment with 40 rooms.
Since then, the establishment has continued to transform and modernize, without ever closing its doors. The 40 rooms and bathrooms have been completely renovated and a new brasserie called "Le Café de Conleau" has seen the light of day.
